Days of Our Lives (DOOL) spoilers and rumors tease there could be a murder mystery ahead in Salem. Li Shin (Remington Hoffman) could be murdered, and EJ DiMera (Dan Feurreriegel) set up Stefan DiMera (Brandon Barash) and Gabi Hernandez (Camila Banus) therefore killing two birds with one stone!
Days Of Our Lives Spoilers – Someone Murders Li Shin?
The premise of the murder could be that someone murders Li so Stefan could have Gabi Hernandez (Camila Banus) and Gabi keeps her DiMera shares Li signed. EJ found out that Stefan and Gabi were having an affair when he went to the DiMera wine cellar and took a photo he could use to set a trap. EJ had previously fired Li, wanting him out of the company so only DiMeras would be running DiMera Enterprises, but now he needs to rid himself of Stefan.
He could be rid of Stefan, Li, and Gabi all in one fell swoop if he sets up Li to be killed by an unknown hitman. Then all he’d have to do is present evidence of Stefan and Gabi’s affair to prove the motive for them to have killed him.

EJ still wants to be the top dog at DiMera, and not have to deal with the pesky board full of Shins. He’ll need more trustworthy siblings to help rid the company of Wei Shin (Clyde Kusatsu) than Stefan is. Chad DiMera (Billy Flynn) has already exited, wanting nothing more to do with the company, and Tony DiMera (Thaao Penghlis) is never there, traveling the world with Anna DiMera (Leann Hunley). EJ could bring in Kristen DiMera (Stacy Haiduk) and Megan Hathaway (Miranda Wilson) by getting their charges dropped. That wouldn’t be hard, considering he could blackmail District Attorney Melinda Trask (Tina Huang) with what he knows about her shenanigans with Stefan!
A Picture Perfect Frame
EJ thinks he’s got a picture-perfect frame and all he has to do is push his narrative to frame Stefan and Gabi for taking out Li. He doesn’t have to have anything but proof that Li saw the video he took on his phone to get this party started, and so he starts the wheels rolling. The only problem he might have is Wendy Shin, (Victoria Grace) who would be determined to find her brother’s killer and she’s friends with Gabi.
He’ll just arrange for Wendy to go out of town on a dream job for a while, and deal with the fallout when she comes back. EJ gloats to himself that no one will ever figure this out, thinking he’s got all the smarts.
