Disney

Whether you decide to visit Walt Disney World Resort in Florida, or Disneyland Resort in California there are a lot of parks to choose from. In Florida, you have Magic Kingdom, Epcot, Disney’s Hollywood Studios and Disney’s Animal Kingdom. In California, Disneyland Park and Disneyland California Adventure Park. With that being said, the first thing to do is to choose the park that is right for you.

Disney Spoilers – Avoiding Crowds And Queues

Magic Kingdom opened on October 1, 1971 and since then, it is one of the most popular Disney themed parks. Because of its popularity, fans usual flock there first during their Disney vacation. History has shown that Mondays are usually the busiest day at Magic Kingdom when most people start their vacation and want to cross this one of their vacation list first. This theory has been confirmed by Disney experts called “Mouslets.” There have also been studies taken regarding wait times on the rides in Magic Kingdom, specifically on Mondays, and they are the longest lines of the week. Even Disney fans agree, they have found that on other days they have gone on all the rides by lunch time.

If you skip the Monday and want to choose a better day where there are less people in Magic Kingdom and less wait times to get on the rides, then you would be better off going on Thursday, Friday and Sunday. The time saving is 5 minutes when getting on a ride, but when you add that up, if you plan on going on many or all of the rides, that is going to make a difference in your day.

Unlike Magic Kingdom, Epcot is busiest on Fridays and on the weekends because that is when school groups and the locals visit the park for the festivals. Not all parks are the same. Animal Kingdom is quieter on the weekend and Hollywood Studios mid-week.

Disney Magic Updates – Tips To Avoid Mistakes

Many people don’t take advantage of early theme park entry. Taking advantage of this will help your family to beeline to their favorite ride and get on rather quickly, then go on with your day. Lunch time is 12-2, many people are either eating a sandwich in a quiet area or dining at one of he park’s fabulous restaurants, and this means, all those people are not on the popular rides. This makes 12-2 an ideal time to go on the rides and have your lunch earlier, or later.

Lastly, reconsider your Disney transportation. On busy days waiting for a bus can be very long. It is complimentary, but you are not obligated to use it. There are many modes of transportation, the Skyliner, Monorail, Uber, Minnie Van and secret paths throughout the parks that make travelling around much easier and less stressful.
