Deacon’s securing of financing for the Il Giardino purchase remains odd. How did a recent parolee convince what he termed as overseas investors to vouch for him, which allowed the restaurant to be purchased?
It is not a stretch to believe Sheila will eventually tell Deacon she was the money source. Sheila told Deacon she had money while living with him and promised to help Kanan’s character realize his dreams.

There is no debate about Bill being in a poor mental state. He turned on his loved ones and made Sheila his live-in soul mate.

While Bill floats in the ether, TPTB furthers Sheila as a main character on B&B. The decision to enhance the power of this particular villain, arguably the greatest in show history, must be based on audience interest.

But pairing Sheila with Bill is a heavy gamble because of the stretch every viewer is asked to make and sustain. Everyone who loathes Sheila in LA is awaiting some explanation that makes sense.
Loyal viewers are forced to speculate with minimal clues offered to date. Sheila feels she will keep everyone guessing and possibly maintain ties with Deacon, who could become the great love of her life on B&B.
