Meghan Markle Is Already Filling In Her Post-Maternity Leave Calendar

Meghan Markle isn’t the kind of girl who is just going to sit around and let someone else do the work for her. As a matter of fact, there’s a new report that suggests the Duchess of Sussex is already filling in her work calendar for the coming weeks even though she’s expecting her first royal baby. Here’s what you need to know.

Apparently, Meghan has already penciled quite a few royal engagements and public appearances, including a charity event in October. She will be attending the annual One Young World summer in London.

According to Cosmopolitan, one source says,

“Harry is keen to support Meghan in developing her own role and the opportunity to partner with a cause so close to her heart is an ideal stepping stone. All being well with the baby, the timing is perfect for her to expand her Commonwealth work through this new One Young World partnership with the Queen’s Commonwealth Trust.”

For a lot of royal fans, this doesn’t surprise them at all. That’s because Meghan Markle made it pretty known that she wanted to hit the ground running the moment she became a member of the royal family. And that’s exactly what she’s done for the past year. Both the Duke and Duchess of Sussex have managed to show the world that they are a hard-working couple who are not only passionate about their royal-related and charity work but that they also want to make a difference in this world.

Meghan is currently on her maternity leave and is expected to give birth sometime at the end of May. It’s without a doubt that royal fans from all over the world will be very excited to find out if the couple will be welcoming a baby boy or a baby girl!
