Trying to get pregnant is hard on a person mentally and physically. All that consumes your mind day and night is that you’d like to be pregnant, but aren’t sure how to get to that point. There are things you can do to help boost your fertility. In fact, here are 9 ways you can start today.

According to The National Infertility Association, 1 in 8 couples have trouble getting pregnant or keeping their pregnancies viable. Infertility is classified as a disease that keeps the male or female reproductive system functioning like it should.

One of the best ways to burst your fertility is to start eating healthier right away. Eating foods that are processed and with chemicals can only harm your efforts to boost your fertility. Your body needs all of the help it can get.

#2. Keep Alcohol to a Minimum-

Although everyone enjoys a drink from time to time, it’s best to limit the amount of alcohol you consume while trying to get pregnant.

#3. Work in a Safe Environment-

Some workplaces have tons of chemicals that can’t exactly help your chances of getting pregnant. Stay away from a toxic work environment to help boost your fertility.

#4. No Smoking-

To anyone that’s trying to get pregnant, but is still smoking, it’s time to kick the habit. Stopping smoking can help boost your fertility.

Sugar does gross stuff to your body, especially to a woman’s body. By limiting your sugar intake, you can help boost your fertility because your body isn’t receiving all of the “bad stuff.”

One of the best things to boost your fertility is to eat the right foods. There are several foods that will actually boost your fertility. Some of those foods include high fat dairy, protein, foods rich in folate acid, and also make sure you’re taking vitamins.

No one is chastising you for what you currently weight, however, if you can manage your weight that is a great way to boost your fertility. No one is saying you need to be a super model size, just do your best to be a healthy weight.

A lot of women run themselves “ragged” and they don’t get enough sleep or rest. One of the best ways to boost your fertility is to make sure you are taking care of yourself. Get rest, don’t eat a ton of junk food, and try to eat as healthy as possible.

If you drink a ton of caffeine, now may be a great time to cut back. Experts have different opinions on the matter, but too much of something isn’t always a good thing. Perhaps cutting back on your caffeine intake is a great option, so you can boost your fertility.
