Kim Kardashian Visits Doctor After Vacationing In Rio De Janeiro

Kim Kardashian was spotted leaving her home with her boyfriend Kanye West & mother Kris Jenner in Los Angeles, California on Tuesday (Feb. 12).

The pregnant reality star wore a black top with a plaid shirt tied around her waist and black leather jeans while heading for a doctor’s appointment.

After her check-up Kim & Kanye headed to a nearby shop to grab some ice cream.

The couple just returned from a trip to Brazil where they hung out with Will Smith as they visited a Rio De Janeiro shantytown.

“I was blown away by how beautiful it is here. The views are unlike anything I’ve seen before. During the carnival the streets were literally filled with people. It was crazy and such an incredible experience! Xo, “ Kim wrote on her blog.

I know she going to the doctors office but in one of the pictures I seen on another site it look like she had a t shirt under shirt and then in another it look like stomach rolls I not saying she not pregnant because her face big her boobs her bigger i just don’t the she as far along as we think be then again Is she faking? ???
