Hilary Duff and Son Luca at 2 monthsNew mom Hilary Duff posted a new picture of herself and her two-month-old son Luca on twitter for Mother’s Day.  In the picture, Duff sits on a chair while holding Luca who looks adorable in a grey outfit. The picture caption read:

“Me and my beautiful boy! So much to be thankful for!”

Duff gave birth to Luca on March 20.
