Actress Hilary Duff gets flowers from paparazzo in Los Angles, Ca for her Birthday on September 28, 2011.Pregnant Hilary Duff  was seen making her way out of a vet with a cute chihuahua in Sherman Oaks, California, today. Duff whose birthday was today received flowers from a paparazzo. Later, she was seen heading to lunch with her sister Haylie Duff.
