Justin Bieber who just turned 17 is celebrating the event by not shaving for a month. The Biebs debuted a new hairdo a short time ago and his fans were not all pleased. Now Justin is saying we are going to see another new look.

He tweeted, …”im not shaving for a month so you all can see my mustache. i’m pumped.” A mustached Bieber? We”ll take it!
