Ashlee Simpson spent yesterday afternoon with her mom, Tina Simpson, and young son Bronx in LA.  Although Ashlee has been seen hanging out with her ex-husband Pete Wentz over the weekend she says she is still wants to go ahead with the divorce.

The couple have repeatedly said they want to put their son first and not let the divorce hurt him.
