The Young and the Restless Spoilers: Moses Winters Befriends Faith – Helps Fellow Teen Out Of Drinking Spiral?

The Young and the Restless spoilers tease that a former younger Genoa City, Wisconsin resident could be heading back to town. Moses Winters, who was previously portrayed by Dax Randall, was mentioned on the show, as Devon Hamilton (Bryton James) talks to Nate Hastings (Sean Dominic).

Devon will tell Nate that Moses is 16 years old now and that he wants to return to Genoa City to finish high school at Walnut Grove. Moses will have medical school aspirations, and so he’ll be interested in spending some time with his cousin Nate and learning about what it’s like to be a doctor.

The Young and The Restless Spoilers – Moses Winters Is The On Of The Late Neil Winters

Long-time fans of Y&R will remember that Moses is the son of the late Neil Winters (Kristoff St. John) and Sofia Dupre (Julia Pace Mitchell). Sofia and Moses last appeared on Y&R back in 2019 for Neil’s memorial service. Given that Devon will refer to Moses as being 16 now, it would seem that the character has been rapidly aged.

So, if Moses does head to Genoa City and he attends Walnut Grove High School, that will put him in the same school as Faith Newman (Alyvia Alyn Lind), and we can’t help but wonder if Faith and Moses will get to know each other. Of course, right now, Faith is really struggling with bullying and maintaining her difficult friendship with her friend Jordan (Madison Thompson).

Y&R Spoilers – Faith Newman Has Been Drinking A Lot

Faith has also been doing quite a bit of drinking with Jordan, which is problematic on multiple levels. Faith’s getting a lot of peer pressure to drink, but she’s also using alcohol as a means of coping with all the negative life events she’s been through recently. Faith may soon be on a downward spiral, and it doesn’t look like Jordan’s going to help her come out of it at all.

But perhaps Moses will befriend Faith. Moses could step in and help Faith out with her difficulties, even possibly standing up for her with the other teens. That seems to be something that Faith sorely needs right now – someone her own age who is strongly in her corner and who will fight for her, rather than lead her down a dangerous path.

We’ll see what happens here and whether Moses is indeed headed to Genoa City in the near future. One thing’s for sure – it would be great to see Faith have a real friend, so maybe Moses will fit the bill! Stay tuned to the CBS soap and we’ll keep you up to speed on the latest Young and the Restless spoilers, updates, and news.
