Maya Rudolph gives birthMaya Rudolph gave birth to a baby boy on July 3, 2011.  This is her third child with director Paul Thomas Anderson. They have two girls, Pearl and Lucille.

The couple chose not to find out the sex of the baby prior to the delivery.

“The exciting part is not knowing who’s coming,” she explained. “You have to wait nine months for a surprise, but then it’s a good payoff because it really is a surprise.”
