The Young And The Restless Spoilers: Sharon Case Excited About A Standalone Episode
Sharon Case wasn’t told ahead of time that the script for the episode slated to air Friday, January 5 was all about her character. It was a pleasant surprise when she realized that it would be a Sharon-centric standalone episode. The last time she had done something like that was in 2020 when the character struggled with breast cancer, and she was excited to go through the script and see it.
Details of the episode have not been revealed except Sharon Rosales will have a dream with several vignettes that will help her make decisions for future plans based on past decisions. In the dream, and of course in the episode, she will interact with several different characters who have not been revealed.
Y & R Spoilers: Two Days To Shoot The Episode
The actress shares that the special episode took two days to shoot, with different parts of the dream being different scenes and sets. She enjoys a challenge and shares that this was exactly that-figuring out how the different parts all fit together in the overall show. Most of the show was shot in the first day but then they had to go a second day to make sure that all was flowing smoothly. Sharon literally is in every single scene of the episode, in which she dreams about both her future and her past, her character having so many balls to juggle. There is a sense that Sharon has come to a crossroads in her life, not being sure where to go next or what to do when she gets there.
The Young And The Restless Spoilers: How To Plan For Her Future?
Sharon really doesn’t know how exactly to plan for her future, with running her coffeehouse, her new company about to launch and her nonexclusive romance with Chance Chancellor (Conner Floyd). She’ll try to piece together where she is in her life and her achievements, and what should come next, based on past decisions she made. As she is in the dream, she finds herself dreaming about what the dream might mean, and what message or lesson she’s to derive from it.
There will be unexpected interactions in the episode, and Sharon will find when she wakes up that there are still questions that she needs to answer for herself. But Sharon, the overambitious overachiever, should figure things out pretty quickly.
