Young And The Restless Spoilers: Victoria’s Last Straw, Victor Names Adam As Nate’s Replacement
Young and the Restless (Y&R) spoilers suggest that the proverbial poop is about to hit the fan at Newman Enterprises.
Victor Newman (Eric Braeden) recently canned Victoria Newman’s (Amelia Heinle) boyfriend because he believed him to be disloyal. Could he name his son Adam Newman (Mark Grossman) as Nate Hastings’ (Sean Dominic) replacement?
Y&R Spoilers: Adam Newman ‘Proved Himself’ To The Moustache
Y&R spoilers suggest the Moustache is seeing Adam in a new light. He took on the role of Hastings’s assistant without too much objection, and when it came down to it; plus, Adam was vehemently against sending his father to a facility for treatment, when the idea was brought up.
His black sheep son strategically thought up a viable plan when it came to his father’s mind deteriorating condition that both satisfied the need for the Moustache to get help, but also kept Newman Enterprises running smoothly.
Y&R Spoilers: Victoria Newman Will Lose Her Mind
If Adam gets Nate’s job this will undeniably get under Vic’s skin. Not just because she was hoping her brother would fail Victor’s test, but also because she’ll have to work closely with Adam moving forward to run Newman Enterprises.
It’s also salt in the wound. The Moustache appointing Adam to Nate’s position not only means Vicky loses an ally and gains an enemy, but it also discredits her position as the company’s once-CEO.
She hired Hastings for his initial executive role and being in a relationship with him means she believes in Nate on all levels. Victoria will spiral if Adam is placed in Nate’s old role.
While Victor is hoping to cease fire on all in-family fighting within the company, Vicky and Adam working so closely together might ignite a war within Newman Enterprises. After all, she’ll look for any and all opportunities to jeopardize Adam’s success.
