According to TMZ, the actress, who is best known for her role as Jordan on the hit CBS soap, was arrested in Florida this week.

Per the side, she was booked on two different charges. One was for damage to property in a vehicle that belonged to another person and the other was DUI with a blood alcohol level of 0.15 or higher.

Unfortunately, a lot of fans noticed that Colleen didn’t look very bothered by the entire ordeal in her mug shot.

However, this is her third time DUI since 2010. She was arrested for DUI in Connecticut that year and again in Collier County, Florida in 2017.

It goes without saying that the internet certainly did have a lot to say about the matter.

Some Y&R fans even commented with, “It’s kinda wild how the character was taunting Nikki about her drinking problem while the actress was also struggling with it in real life. I wonder how she felt delivering those lines.”

Another critic wrote, “She should be in jail! I hate it when people drink and drive, and if you’ve ever known someone who was killed by a drunk driver you would too! OR been me and hit by one and standing next to the woman who died!”

And then there was this comment as well: “ I don’t have any idea if she is an alcoholic or just got drunk when these three charges were brought (don’t get deep into celebrity lives) but I find it sad all the same.

I’m glad this only involved property damage. She likely was very inebriated when that police photo was taken.”
