The Bold and the Beautiful spoilers say that for a lot of fans, this just isn’t making much sense.

And no, it’s not the fact that Steffy Forrester (Jacqueline MacInnes) wore her lingerie to the office last week and put a trench coat over it and considered it fashionable.

Instead, it’s all the speculation suggesting that the writers are purposely trying to sabotage the character because there’s no way that anyone in their right mind would wear something like that in broad daylight.

Not only that, but Steffy is also someone that always wants to feel like she’s in control and well-respected, but she won’t be getting the respect she thinks she deserves dressed like that.

Clearly, many B&B fans had a lot to say about the matter on social media.

Some even commented with, “I get the argument that this is Steffy’s company and that she could do what she wants, but in my 14-15 years of watching the show I have never seen Steffy wear something like this to work.”

What’s Really Going On With Steffy?

“Maybe under her clothes, but not on top. And I just don’t think it’s realistic for anyone to come to their job wearing lingerie.”

Another critic wrote, “Don’t get me wrong, Jacqui looks good in almost anything she wears. But what was the costume department thinking?”

“Horrible. Heat index in the 100s and she’s wearing a trench coat over a negligee. Some fashion house Forrester.”

And then there was this comment as well: “This was so odd to me. I thought she had just gotten out of bed, drinking coffee with Finn in her lingerie. Then she throws a trench coat over it and heads to the office???? I mean, I’ve heard of outfits that transition from daytime to evening, but bed to office?”

It goes without saying that B&B fans will simply have to tune in each and every day to find out what will happen next.
