Another Doug McBride Sighting
Beyond the Gates spoilers for the week of July 13 reveal there will be another Doug McBride sighting, as Jason Graham gets more airtime on the soap. In recent months, Deanna McBride (Angela Fairley) has seen her dad’s ‘ghost’ twice.
With that said, during the Wednesday, July 15 episode, Joey Armstrong (Jon Lindstrom) will get some final words from Doug, which will startle the heck out of him. Will he see Doug’s ‘ghost’, too?
Is the spirit visiting Deanna really a spirit, or is something else going on? Doug’s ghost has appeared different than the original Doug … there’s just something about that moustache he has! Only time will tell.
Articulette’s Reunion
Across town, The Articulettes will return to Fairmont Crest during the week of July 13. Both Sharon Winger (Bonita Brisker) and Tracy Tyler (Maria Howell) are shown during this week’s promo video for the CBS soap.
They will interact with Anita Dupree (Tamara Tunie) and Vernon Dupree (Clifton Davis) at the Dupree mansion as they plead with Anita to come out on tour with them.
Will she do a few dates with her old friends? As Sharon and Tracy put it, it will be the best way to celebrate ‘kicking cancer’s booty’!
Additional Casting Notes
During the Thursday, July 16 show, Dani Dupree’s (Karla Mosley) bestie, Pamela Curtis, played by Cady McClain, will be back. As fans know, Dani is struggling with guilt where her one-nighter with Bill Hamilton (Timon Kyle Durrett) is concerned.
Now that Bill will land in the hospital this week, Dani will feel even more conflicted. The good news is that Pammie will be around on Thursday’s episode to listen to Dani and support her.
