The Young And The Restless Redding Munsell Scores Massive Role In Star-Stacked Comedy Leaving Y&R?
The Young and the Restless spoilers hint there’s some big news for Redding Munsell, who plays Harrison Abbott on the CBS soap.
Looks like he’s snagged a huge role in a dark comedy, with a star-studded cast. More details on this below.
Little One
As per Deadline, Munsell will be part of the new dark comedy called “Little One”.
Other actors who have reportedly joined the cast recently include Amy Smart, Chiara Aurelia, and Derek Luh.
Aurelia and Munsell will play the children at the center of the movie’s storyline.
Additional information about Smart and Luh’s roles has not been offered; however, previous reports reveal the kids’ parents will be played by Gaby Hoffmann and David Harbour.
The movie centers on a “perfect” family whose lives start to flip upside down when they notice a disturbing shift in how their child is acting.
This is a mystery to the parents and threatens to shatter the family to pieces.
Little Ones is currently in production and is being filmed in Los Angeles. This will be Alex Kavutskiy’s feature directorial debut.
Redding Munsell Is On Fire
While the Young and the Restless is a nice gig for Munsel, his acting career is booming.
He was also recently in “At the Sea”, starring Amy Adams, which debuted earlier this year, playing the role of Felix.
The movie was directed by Kornél Mundruczó. In addition, he’ll soon be seen in FX’s The Shards, an adaptation of the Bret Easton Ellis novel.
The eleven-year-old has been acting since six years of age, working in films, commercials, and the land of soaps!
He entered the land of GC as Harrison in April 2024, and has been delighting The Young and the Restless fans as Kyle Abbott (Michael Mealor) and Summer Newman’s (last played by Allison Lanier) son since.
