Princess Catherine: Trooping The Colour A Hidden Security Scare?
A royal commentator claims police acted on tip-offs involving anti-monarchy protesters, while fresh concerns emerge over Prince William's love of motorbikes.

If you watched this year’s Trooping the Colour ceremony, it looked like a picture-perfect royal celebration from the outside.
Catherine, the Princess of Wales, sat in her carriage with Prince George, Princess Charlotte, and Prince Louis.
She looked classy as usual out there. But the calm exterior possibly hid a tense situation involving the safety of the young royals.
Extra Security
Neil Sean took to his Daily News Headlines podcast on YouTube on Monday.
Sean noted that several Metropolitan Police officers were seen walking alongside Catherine’s carriage. He said the heavy security presence wasn’t just standard protocol.

People at the venue started asking, “what’s that about?”
Per The Sun, protesters did boo her. Meanwhile, according to Sean’s sources, police received tip-offs that protesters might attempt to approach the carriage or display placards near it.
Tons Of Protesters
Sean explained that protesters were “out in force” and ready to cause their “usual rumpus.”
The free spectacle for the public continued without any physical clash.
Everyone has a right to their opinion, sure. But trying to scare children on the King’s official birthday felt a bit low.
Princess Charlotte even appeared to give a bit of side-eye to the commotion, suggesting she was well aware of what was going on around her.
The police kept things under control, thank goodness.
Sometimes I think a nice quiet life in a cave sounds better than being a royal.
More Security Worries
A second story about security related to Prince William. Sean reminded royal family fans that he’s got a habit of getting away from the problems of the palace by getting “a little bit of space.“
Recently, Sean noted, he “let slip at a charity function” that he still goes out on his motorbike.
Prince William, apparently “dons the crash helmet” and rides around the lanes without an obvious security presence.
Broken Protocols
Obviously, that habit didn’t sit well with the late Queen, and King Charles probably isn’t a fan either.
The monarchy has strict “traditions and stipulations” about the “safety of the monarch” and those in the line of succession.
Allegedly, Princess Catherine isn’t exactly thrilled with the idea, either. Per the royal commentator, she “put a foot down” when it came to Prince George wanting an electric scooter.
Meanwhile, Daddy was out there acting like a hero on a motorbike. One can imagine young George wondering about the inexplicable reasoning of parents.
Still, I once tried to ride a scooter and nearly took out a hedge, so I am with Catherine on this one.
Risky Moves
William is a “helicopter pilot” and used to danger. So, he wasn’t interested in dire warnings, allegedly.
He just wanted to get out in the “country air.”
That is, undoubtedly, a risky move for a man so close to the throne. He enjoyed his freedom, but the rest of the family stayed “very concerned” about what might happen if something went wrong on those back roads.
The Brave Face
The royal family always tries to show a brave face to the world.
Princess Catherine faced down protesters. William rode through the countryside.
But the reality behind the serene-looking Princess Catherine during the Trooping the Colour reveals that things can become way more complex for the royals than the public realises.
