The Young And The Restless Spoilers: Dark Nick Fights Adam to be the Next Victor Newman?

THe Young and The Restless: Nick Newman (Joshua Morrow)

The Young and the Restless (Y&R) spoilers reveal that Nick Newman (Joshua Morrow) has a dark side a mile long—as wide as his quest for justice. He’s been known as a white knight on a fine steed, ready to rescue flailing damsels within a 50-mile radius.

Is he about to give in to his shadow side and become the man no one thought he could—Victor Newman’s successor? YES and here’s why!

Adam is No Match for Nick

The Newman man dynamic has been subtly shifting. In recent weeks fans have seen Adam Newman (Mark Grossman) imitate his dad impeccably: sneering at family lawyer Michael Baldwin (Christian LeBlanc) and shouting down the Abbott family foes.

All the while Nick has been undergoing a similar shift: becoming more like Victor whether he realizes it or not.

While Adam clearly wants the bad boy chair, Nick could be about to have a wild revelation: that he does, too.

Will Adam and Nick Duke it Out?

Nick has been pushed to the limit by Matt Clark (Roger Howarth) who we last saw in the trunk of Nick’s car, bound and gagged.

In a fabulous Friday Cliffhanger, Noah Newman (Lucas Adams) challenged his dad to tell him what he was going to do with Matt. Nick refused.

Nick is Spiraling

Maybe it’s the pain meds, maybe it’s the midlife realization that if he doesn’t take a stand now, the chance is lost forever. Clearly, Nick is taking a stand with his treatment of Matt Clark.

This is the second time he has gone vigilante and we suspect Matt Clark could be the turning point for Nick. Tired of being the good guy while Adam and Victor scheme, are we about to see Nick fully evolve into his Newman DNA?

Tell us Y&R fans, if Nick does something dastardly to Matt, can he come back or is he destined to become the ruthless man his father wants him to be?

If it’s the latter do you want to see an epic showdown between Nick and Adam for the NE throne?

Of course, she could grow feelings for Noah but she’s been cut loose by respectable Nate Hastings (Sean Dominic) and needs a rebound of her own. […]
