General Hospital Star Eden McCoy’s Spiritual Tribute To Mom

General Hospital star Eden McCoy (Josslyn Jacks) opened up about her late mom, Natasha, this week and revealed a deeply spiritual experience. If you didn’t know, her mom passed away from cancer in 2023. Read on for more about her feelings.

A Throwback Pic & The Super Full Moon

On Thursday, the real-life Josslyn took to her Instagram and shared a reel of the massive moon. But first, she posted a throwback photo of her mom cuddling her.

In her long caption, she started out by saying, “I often look to astrology to remind and teach myself that I am a part of something much bigger than me. It is ancient, grounding, and (literally) out of this world.”

Next, she added, “I’ve learned that today is not just a full moon, but a super full moon. This happens when a full moon coincides with the moons perigee – the point in her elliptical orbit when she’s nearest our planet.”

The Heartbreaking Anniversary

Eden McCoy then talked about her mom’s passing. She told her ABC fans, “It also just so happens that today is the day that my mom transitioned somewhere other than this planet. For me, she is the moon tonight, who’s decided that today she’s going to get as close to me as she can. Her love is incredible, and nature is incredible.”

Deeply spiritual, General Hospital fans saw that she continued by saying, “Mom, I’m so grateful that I see you so often now. Thank you for continuing to show that nature is the greatest teacher. There is no separation.”

She concluded by sharing, “I thought I should pass her wisdom and the moon’s onto you. A reminder that we are the same as everything around us.”
