TikTok’s Preston Ordone, 2, Dies, Crushed Family Dispute Cops

Preston Ordone was just two years old when he died in a car accident on April 24. His family is naturally crushed, as are fans of the gorgeous kid known as the “Okay Baby” on TikTok. New updates reveal that the family disputes the findings of the police. Read on for more information. 

The Dispute By The Family

According to TMZ, Preston’s grandfather, Glen Norris, is disputing the cops who claimed that the child “wasn’t properly secured in his car seat.” While the police seem determined to stick to their theory, Grandpa, obviously devastated, reiterated that a witness who pulled the little boy from the wreck said that the toddler was, in fact, buckled in.

The news about the death came from family members on Kate Ordone’s Instagram. In the reel, Brielle explained that the parents of little Preston, Katelynn, and Jaelan are in the hospital with multiple injuries. Young “Paisley was at school at the time,” she noted. 

While they didn’t know “all the details,” Brielle explained that the car Preston Ordone was in was a truck that “veered to the right.” The tragic accident happened in St. Tammany Parish, north of New Orleans, when the truck left the road. 

A GoFundMe Was Started 

Brielle also said that the family of the “Okay Baby” star could use help and prayers. There is a GoFundMe up to help pay for “Katelynn and Jaelan [who] are now facing a long road to recovery, both physically and emotionally. The medical expenses, coupled with the overwhelming grief of losing their child, have placed an immense burden on them.”

So far, $35,351 has been raised, and many people expressed their sorrow in the comments section. The first target is $50K and 1,4K people have already dug into their wallets to help out the family of Preston Ordone.

Crushed Fans React To The Tragedy

In the comments of the Instagram reel, it became obvious that there’s real shock and pain. One person wrote, “This has crushed my heart!! You and your family and that precious little boy have given me so much joy just by watching your videos!! Preston was a beautiful little boy. My thoughts and prayers are with y’all.”
