General Hospital Spoilers: Epic Fight Erupts When Tracy & Michael Both Inherit the Q Mansion?
General Hospital (GH) spoilers reveal that the whole mess regarding Monica Quartermaine’s (Leslie Charleson) will will accelerate as her estranged sister Ronnie Bard (Erika Slezak) must choose between betrayal or jail.

Ronnie and her Antics
The will imbroglio began when Ronnie showed up unannounced at the Q. crypt. There she encountered a hostile Tracy Quartermaine (Jane Elliot) and they got off on the wrong hooves.
When the will was read, it was claimed that Monica left the legacy house to Ronnie. Tracy called foul, moved out, and now the house is set to get into the hands of testy Q . foe, Drew Cain (Cameron Mathison).
This is where we left the plot during a sizzling Friday Cliffhanger. Now, we are about to discover the true owner of the Q. mansion.
Michael’s Past
Everyone seemed to think that Michael would be given the house. Michael is her grandchild even though he was raised as a Corinthos. Nonetheless, in an apparent case of blood being thicker than water, even Tracy thought that Michael would inherit the house. And Michael didn’t seem to mind that one bit.

Longtime GH fans have gotten a lot of entertainment over the years with the running gag about who owns the Quartermaine mansion. When Alan Quartermaine died, he left it to his wife, Monica. That infuriated his sassy sister Tracy.
Through the years the characters have routinely blurted out in unison “It’s Monica’s house. Alan left it to her” and the fans love it.
Also on the October 31, 2025 episode, Tracy found Monica’s actual will, which we predict does not give the house to Ronnie.
What Happens Next on GH?
Most fans think that either Tracy or Michael will be the new landlord, but what if that is only half correct?
Monica was a fair person and leaving it to her grandson and her SIL would be a fair move. But how would that play out in real life?

In my opinion, if both Tracy/Michael are co-owners of the estate, there should be no problem as it will continue to be in the family. Hope writers don’t end one disaster and open up another can of worms regarding the Q mansion. Viewers all know Tracy has always wanted to be the queen of the mansion from the day Alan gave it to Monica. Surely writers won’t have Tracy/Michael in a feud. Enough story has been told about Monica’s will and it should not be extended further in my opinion.
