Is The Bold and the Beautiful running out of money? That’s what a lot of eagle-eyed fans of the show can’t help but wonder after they noticed this one glaring detail.

Apparently, the set of the show hasn’t changed in decades! Some viewers have noticed that in the 37 years that this show has been on the air absolutely nothing has changed in the main room.

Apparently, there have been no renovations and no changes really with the sofas, from the little brass dogs on the mantle to the fake flower arrangement.

It’s also the same color like it came out straight from 1980. This has prompted a lot of people to wonder if the show doesn’t have any money. It goes without saying that many

B&B fans had a lot to say about the matter as well.

Some even commented with, “They added the revolving portrait over the mantle. Plex is airing the show from the beginning and I’ve spent some time watching. It feels like a different show but that living room is unchanged.”

“Oh! There was a sort of Juliet balcony on the upstairs landing that looked into the living room. I don’t know if that’s still there.”

What’s Next For The Bold and the Beautiful?

Another fan of the show wrote, “I recently started watching reruns from 1987, and noticed that almost everything is the same. I wondered if it looked like this, when I was watching the current shows, and sure enough it does.”

“The only thing different are the clothes and the telephones. Actually, the show was better when it first started, not everyone is rich, but they still could drag the storylines on for the longest time.”

And then there was this comment as well: “They don’t change the stories or dialogue, either. The props are the least of this show’s problems.”

“But still, 35 years is still 33 years too long for any triangle to continue. Even Riverdale, based off a comic strip known for an endless juvenile triangle, had Archie with one girl for most of that series.”
