General Hospital Comings And Goings: Lois Leaves PC And Ronnie Departs Soon After
General Hospital (GH) spoilers reveal that it will soon be time to bid adieu to Veronica “Ronnie” Bard (Erika Slezak). Slezak was only supposed to be on the ABC soap for a brief time and the end is near.
Last week fans also said goodbye to Lois Cerullo when Rena Sofer departed the role, for now. Lois is going to be a music tour manager which necessitates that she go on the road.
Lois Cerullo Is Going on the Road
Lois broke the news to her estranged daughter Brook Lynn Quartermaine (Amanda Setton) last week. The mother and daughter shared some emotionally charged scenes together in the October 24 episode.
Brook Lynn was taken by surprise at the news and made some concessions to Lois before she left. BLQ told her mom that she loves her but she isn’t ready to resume their relationship following Lois’ betrayal over her adopted child.
Lois Has a Way to Go With BLQ
Lois said that she understood and assured BLQ that she will always love her, too. The convo was as warm as it could be given the circumstances.
Lois told Brook Lynn that she wouldn’t take the job unless she approved. BLQ approved Lois’ decision to manage Blaze aka Allison Rogers (Jacqueline Grace Lopez). She has an upcoming tour, so Lois will be globe trotting for a while.
A GH source confirmed to SOD that “the door is always open” whenever Sofer wishes to return to PC as Lois.
Ronnie is Leaving
In other news, Erika Slezak has wrapped up filming scenes on her brief gig. Ronnie will take her leave of Port Charles soon and we hope it’s on a happy note.
Red hot show spoilers hint that she’ll make a major announcement the week of October 27-31. Will she leave town after selling the Q mansion to Drew Cain (Cameron Mathison)?
Ronnie’s departure is chaotic and she may return down the road.
In the meantime, Tracy Quartermaine (Jane Elliot) is positive that something is wrong with Monica Quartermaine’s (Leslie Charleson) will. If she digs deep enough, will she find wily Martin Grey (Michael E. Knight) behind the clause that gave Ronnie the mansion?
