Fans Are Hating Steffy Forrester For This Reason
That’s because they are hating on Steffy Forrester (Jacqueline MacInnes Wood) for one reason and one reason alone: she’s the one character who happens to be involved in almost every storyline.
As a matter of fact, Steffy has been featured in 112 of the 123 episodes that have aired between January and June of this year.
Ridge and Finn have been featured in only 81 episodes in comparison while Luna Nozawa (Lisa Yamada) has been in 76. Hope Logan, meanwhile, has been in 73 episodes while Brooke has only been in 60.
Of course, the internet certainly did have a lot to say about the matter.
Some The Bold and the Beautiful fans even took to social media to write comments such as, “For me, it’s the fact that a soap is supposed to be an ensemble.”
“Any one character hogging up 91% of the screen does not an ensemble make, in my opinion.”
Another critic of the show wrote, “Even If I enjoyed an actor or actress immensely I wouldn’t want to see them in 91% of the episodes I’ve watched, because you get what this show is giving.”
Steffy Forrester Gets The Most Screentime
“Stories start and stop so the character can be part of them. There is no room to breathe as a viewer. She’s on every day just chewing up the scenery.”
And then there was this comment as well: “I mean, Heather Tom (Katie Logan) and Scott Clifton (Liam Spencer) have won numerous Daytime Emmys as well but they’re not getting nearly as much screen time. It’s a shame how imbalanced this is.”
It goes without saying that B&B fans will simply have to tune in each and every day to find out what will happen next.
