Rihanna Hints At The Name Of Her 3rd Baby

Rihanna made her appearance at the Met Gala this year, making no effort to conceal her pregnancy. Fans were delighted for her, and it it will be the third child with A$AP Rocky. Recently, she shared a hint on what she will name her baby.

The Baby Name Will Start With R?

Celebrating The Soaps wrote about the pregnancy reveal that happened at the Met Gala. At the time, the outlet cited TMZ for breaking the news, noting that “Their journalists expressed surprise about another pregnancy.” The outlet wrote, “RiRi just debuted her new baby bump on the way to the Met Gala in NYC! Our sources confirm … Rihanna and Rocky are expecting their third child.”

Well, although it was the best-kept secret of the year, everyone who gets a chance to spot the baby bump wants to talk to Rihanna about her third child. And this week, Entertainment Tonight reported that they managed to get some time with her at the premiere of the Smurfs movie in LA.

She dropped some hints to the press about the name that she would choose. No big surprize: it will start with an “R.” She said, “It’s always going to be an R name. That’s the one thing me and Rocky don’t fight over.” Remember, she named her first two kids RZA and Riot.

Is The Due Date Known? 

So far, the couple hasn’t revealed the due date, but the singer appeared comfortable and glowing as she joked about being the “voice of Smurfette” while managing life as a soon-to-be mom of three.

Fans immediately took to social media to celebrate the news and speculate on potential names. With Rihanna keeping details under wraps, the guessing game is in full swing, but many believe she’ll choose another unique name to match her sons.

The Couple Keep Quite Private

This will be the third child for Rihanna, 37, and A$AP Rocky, 35. The couple’s parenting journey began quietly, with the name of their firstborn, RZA, only confirmed nearly a year after his birth. Their second son, Riot, followed in 2023. Since then, the singer  made it clear she enjoys motherhood.

Still, she hasn’t completely slowed down. In addition to working on new music, Rihanna continued growing her Fenty brand and recently teased her voice work for the upcoming Smurfs movie. Balancing family and career seems to come naturally to her, and her fans are here for it.

Her pregnancy reveal wasn’t overly flashy, but it was classic Rihanna.  With another baby on the way and no sign of slowing down, Rihanna pretty much has a different stance on pregnancy and the usual the hullaballoo about celebrity kids.
