Jax Taylor Accused Of Drinking After Rehab, Britt’s Spitting
The Valley stars, Jax Taylor and Brittany Cartwright raise a young boy named Cruz Cauchi, and fans think he is a great father. However, since he went into rehab and Brittany wants a divorce, he’s treading on eggshells with her. In the latest episode of the Bravo show, she accused him of drinking alcohol.
Brittany Is Spitting Mad
Fans warned Brittany not to marry Jax because he cheated on her. However, they tied the knot and off they went into wedded bliss. Cruz arrived and all seemed well. But behind the scenes, things got toxic. Eventually, the sad news arrived that Cruz, recently diagnosed with autism, would grow up in a broken home.
In the episode where Brittany was spitting mad, she had arranged to meet Jax at a restaurant. However, she had no plans of going. Meanwhile, he was keen to see her so he could arrange to see his son. Instead, she hung out with her friends.
Why didn’t she go? Well, she told him on the phone:
I woke up to a flood of DMs, talking about you last night, how drunk you were at the bar, and that you were with girls.
Jax Reacts
Jax Taylor didn’t take it well. After all, from his perspective, she wants the divorce. She dumped him, so why can’t he talk to other women? As for the drinking, whether he did or didn’t, he felt it was none of her business.
After denying he got drunk and saying that he went home early, he said in his confessional, “We are getting divorced. We are no longer together. So what I do on my own time is my business.” It’s an interesting dynamic because surprisingly, Jax actually has a lot of fans who love the way he steps up for his son.
They admire his honesty about his problems and they seem to have secretly always hoped he would settle down. It’s not easy to confess to mental health issues and then stick to the straight and narrow. But, he seems to get little support from Brittany Cartwright, who had years on Vanderpump Rules to decide not to marry him.
Fans Comment On The After Show
While there are many fans who slam Jax Taylor, Brittany isn’t free of critics, either. When the After Show aired on YouTube, some people felt that both of them have a lot of red flags. One of them wrote, “Jax is nuts, but Brittany is acting like she didn’t beg this man for another kid a year ago, knowing he was a coke head and a narcissist. She isn’t the brightest bulb.”
Other people also said in the various replies that they agreed the bravo mom is no saint either. Here are a few of them:
- I am so sick of her acting like she’s holier than now. She did drugs right along with him but her excuse was she didn’t get addicted so that’s okay.
- Britney certainly needs to take responsibility for what she did wrong and wanting another child with a psycho husband was totally insane. Even crazy Jax told her it was a bad idea since their marriage was falling apart.
- I’ve been saying this for months!!!!! She obviously partied with him too and hid all of this for 10 years. She’s far from a victim.
- And now she’s still trying to hold on to a man who doesn’t want her. It’s her last ditch attempt at control over him and she’s using her son to do it! Can’t stand either of them!
