Walton assumed the role of Jill Abbott, originally portrayed by Brenda Dickson, and went on to have the longest tenure in this character, embodying her for many years.

Fans have also kept up with the actress on social media, where she recently shared the delightful news of two new furry friends joining her family.

She announced, “Meet our smallest family members, Suki and Sonny!” That’s right-her two rescued and adopted babies are fur babies!

The celebrity has welcomed two adorable pups into her home. She shared, ‘Suki, a playful 4-month-old Chihuahua-Dachshund mix, and Sonny, a lively 1.5-year-old terrier weighing in at 10 pounds (what breed? Who knows!), are inseparable buddies.’

In a touching moment, Walton revealed that the puppies are rescues. She added, ‘This dynamic duo fills my life with joy and has been so beneficial for me!’

Fans quickly noticed one of the pups is named ‘Sonny,’ reminding them of the iconic soap character Sonny Corinthos, played by Maurice Benard on ABC’s General Hospital.
