Jen Arnold From ‘The Little Couple’ Finds Some Critics
The Little Couple alum, Dr. Jen Arnold, seldom finds critics on her social media posts, but this week, she cranked up a few of them. Read on to find out what she did to cause a division amongst her former TLC fans.
The Post That Irritated Some Critics
At the end of April 2025, the doctor who works at the Boston Children’s Hospital took to her Instagram profile page and shared a reel. In it, she looked a bit tired, and she dressed casually. Anyway, something was on the mind of the mom of Will and Zoey Klein. In her reel, she asked her followers if anyone could tell her how to get hold of the people who could help her on “Twitter.”
Bill Klein’s wife explained that the fact that she called it “Twitter” was proof of how long it had been since she used the platform. Most people know that Elon Musk changed the name from Twitter to X in May last year.
Jen Arnold’s caption echoed the question, and the TLC alum wrote:
Can you help me please? Anyone have a secret for getting through to Twitter, sorry X? I have been emailing customer service for two years and still no resolution. I missed the deadline just being too busy with work and parenting. I am about ready to give up and finally go to threads.
The deadline that she talked about was the one where influencers with existing blue checkmarks could opt to keep them without the premium payment of $6 a month. Perhaps the former reality TV star didn’t want to part with $6. In any event, she’s unhappy.
Critics Lash Out At The Doctor
Unusually, critics arrived in the comments. Many people had an issue with Jen for speaking about the checkmark. After all, she missed the deadline. And, there is still a free option on the platform if she really wants to say something there. One person scathingly opined, “Jen is stirring trouble and we are giving it to her!”

More criticism followed, and the reality TV alum also got bashed by someone who could have helped her. Or, so they claimed. They wrote: “I would, but you ignored my Cameo request and it was awful getting refunded.”
Another person who offered to assist with a form that could get the account back was seemingly ignored.
Supporters Offer Other Suggestions
Like almost every facet of American society these days, opinions were divided. So, some people urged Jen to go to Bluesky or Threads. However, others claimed Threads is boring. Meanwhile, more people felt that she shouldn’t waste her time with X as it’s “toxic.”
