The Bold And The Beautiful Spoilers: Liam Intends To Fight – Tumor Secret Comes Out

The Bold and The Beautiful: Liam Spencer (Scott Clifton)

The Bold and the Beautiful spoilers document that Liam Spencer (Scott Clifton) shifted from denial to a firm resolve to live. Steffy Forrester Finnegan (Jacqueline MacInnes Wood) was the right person to relay the news, which made a difference.

Liam rejected what the mother of his older daughter, Kelly Spencer (Sophia Paras McKinlay), told him about the mass on his brain. However, John Finn Finnegan (Tanner Novlan) supported his wife by detailing the unexpected diagnosis.

It wasn’t overly surprising that Liam wants to keep his health problem a secret. But what started as simply wanting to shield his loved ones from worry has developed into those people needing to know the gravity of this maudlin storyline.

Scott Clifton Is A Cast Stalwart

Clifton joined the cast in 2010. He’s since received multiple Daytime Emmy Award nominations and won Daytime Emmy Awards in 2011 (Younger Actor), 2013 (Supporting Actor), and 2017 (Lead Actor).

Daytime is a unique genre where actors come and go regularly. So, it’s not far-fetched to believe that Clifton’s character is in the process of being killed off. It’s possible that B&B isn’t renewing his contract or that the actor doesn’t want to do so.

If Clifton took an extended absence or wanted to leave the cast, Liam wouldn’t have to be killed off. This character could be written off-screen indefinitely or could be recast.

No direct sources exist at this time that speak to Clifton’s contract status, which makes sense because it fuels intrigue in this developing storyline.

The Bold and The Beautiful: John Finn Finnegan (Tanner Novlan)

Finnegan Family And The Cliff House Setting

Interestingly, the fabled cliff house was the setting of Liam’s impromptu Daddy-Daughter dance. It felt like the scenes between him and Kelly happened so they could be replayed on multiple occasions if Liam died.

Besides the above, Finn’s extended talk with Kelly about her recalling the special night she shared with her father seemed ominous. Sure, all that could be a head-fake intended to further audience speculation.

However, having Liam collapse at his father’s mansion, specifically Steffy finding him, the brief hospitalization stay, the dance at the cliff house, and the dramatic manner in which Liam learned about his diagnosis in the living room were very heavy.

Liam Spencer Can Live A Long Time

Kudos to the writing staff, no matter what the climax of this tale is. The setup is sharp and believable. It’s also open-ended and unpredictable, creating the potential for a memorable storyline that has already become part of Liam’s lore.

Wanting to keep his diagnosis a secret is untenable, as Steffy said. Bill Spencer (Don Diamont) and Hope Logan (Annika Noelle) are two important characters who deserve to know the truth as soon as possible.

Liam is stubborn and likely won’t relent. But his condition cannot be hidden for long. Bill, Hope, and others are bound to notice something wrong. That’s one reasonable way that this secret could be revealed.
