The Bold and the Beautiful spoilers document that Bill Spencer (Don Diamont) feels an emotional bond with Luna Nozawa (Lisa Yamada). His supposed shared childhood experience with her led to a highly unorthodox deal that allowed a murderer to get out of prison many decades before her sentence called for.
Allowing a double murderer, who also intended to kill Steffy Forrester Finnegan (Jacqueline MacInnes Wood), to be released to a non-justice system employee’s supervision is unfathomable. Steffy’s outrage is fully justified.
The sight of Luna in Bill’s living room, with her attached ankle bracelet, offers no solace to her victim. So, why are this criminal’s rights and her self-appointed crusader seen as superior?
How Did Bill Spencer Create House Arrest?
Bill’s heartstrings were tugged during the period when Luna was sending him handwritten letters from jail. As viewers recall, she appeared to be playing a game.
Luna was trying to convince her mother that she was remorseful of framing her for the crimes she committed. The inmate also pretended to be sorry for the murders and Steffy’s attempted murder, with viewers seeing a wicked glint in her eye.
The implication was that Luna was trying to manipulate her comeback. It’s natural to believe that she’s still doing so, with Steffy’s reaction demonstrating that not everyone believes her exaggerated sob story.
Steffy Forrester Finnegan’s Dilemma Expands
Steffy thought the Sheila Carter Sharpe (Kimberlin Brown) threat was contained. John Finn Finnegan (Tanner Novlan) was forced to see the light when Sheila accidentally shot him while intending to shoot Steffy.
Sheila took aim again and shot Steffy, who was attempting to call 911. Ironically, Sheila’s daughter-in-law again had her smartphone in hand, with the same numbers showing on the screen, while she threatened to call the police and turn Luna in.
Deputy Chief Bradley Baker (Dan Martin) will be contacted to investigate this most soapy scenario. Bill likely checked every box to ensure that Luna wouldn’t face further assaults in prison.
Assuming that Luna’s house arrest holds, Steffy’s family dilemma will metastasize in the coming days, and Finn will be heavily pressured.
Poppy Nozawa Isn’t Prepared For Reveal
Mortification is one noun that can be used. The reaction shot Naomi Matsuda (Li Finnegan) offered when Finn told her about Poppy Nozawa (Romy Park) and Luna was perfection.
Li was correctly guessing what Finn could barely admit. The shame he felt at having to tell the only woman he considers to be his mother about having a child with Poppy was intense.
Coming scenes have Li physically assaulting Poppy with her choke hold, intending to cause bodily harm. Yes, this sibling rivalry is back on and will reach a low never before experienced by either sister in what is proving to be great soap.
