General Hospital Spoilers: Why Are This Writers Always Having Jason Run Off To Save Someone Else?

General Hospital spoilers reveal that Jason Morgan (Steve Burton) is back home where he belongs. Unfortunately, that doesn’t seem to change the fact that the writers have him running off to help someone else instead of being at home raising his son where he should be. Why do these writers continually want to make Jason look like a deadbeat?

Jason Morgan Has Missed Most Of Danny Morgan’s Life

Jason has missed the better part of his son’s life either through someone someone else did or by his own choice. Now Danny Morgan’s (Asher Antonyzyn) mother, his only steady parent, is dead and Jason has been left to raise him. Unfortunately, Jason is constantly running off to save someone else instead of being there for his son.

Jason was shot the night that Danny came home from the hospital. Jason was gone for five years after being held in Russia on the orders of Peter August (ex-Wes Ramsey). Jason came home to find Sam McCall (ex-Kelly Monaco) married to his brother Drew Cain (Cameron Mathison) who had taken over his life while he was gone.

Jason Morgan Is Playing Daddy To Sasha Gilmore’s Baby

Jason’s nephew, Michael Corinthos (ex-Chad Duell), slept with Sasha Gilmore (Sofia Mattsson) and got her pregnant. Sasha got Michael to agree to stay away from her child.

Of course, this was before Michael was severely burned in an explosion as Sonny Corinthos’ (Maurice Benard) penthouse. Michael asked Jason to look after Sasha for him.

Jason and Sasha came home to inform Danny that he was pretending to be Sasha’s baby’s father. Of course, Danny wanted to know the truth and was happy that Jason isn’t the father. However, Jason is even bailing on her now and running off to save Lulu Spencer’s (Alexa Havins) daughter, Charlotte Cassadine (Scarlett Fernandez).

When Does Danny Morgan Get His Father?

Jason moved into the Quartermaine mansion with Danny so he could stay with the other children. Unfortunately, one of the kids has moved out. Danny has found himself living there and Jason is never home with him. Danny may be with family but he get no time with his father at all.

When is Danny going to come first with him?

Jason made a choice to have this child with Sam. Jason was not allowed to enjoy Sam’s pregnancy because he thought the baby belonged to Franco Baldwin (ex-Roger Howarth) instead. Isn’t it time that Jason and Danny get some time as father and son? Stop making Jason everybody’s extraction expert and give him some time with his son.
