General Hospital Spoilers: Sasha’s Baby Could End Up a Quartermaine, But It’s Not What You Think

General Hospital Spoilers report Sasha Gilmore Corbin (Sofia Mattsson) is going her best to navigate life after love with Cody Bell (Josh Kelly). Avoiding him while living on the same grounds can’t be easy, but she’s not ready to be “just friends” with the guy.

At the same time, some would argue she’s already found a way to move on. Discovering she is pregnant with Michael Corinthos’ (Chad Duell) child as the result of a sloppy one-night stand is going to set her world on fire.

With Michael and Willow Corinthos (Katelyn MacMullen) trying to work things out, she won’t want to blow up their world. At the same time, Sasha may not be ready to be a mother again.

She still grieves for the child she lost, and she may not be interested in the feeling of replacing him — especially without a partner on board. Is it possible that she may end up giving her child up if she thinks she can’t be the mother he or she needs?

General Hospital Spoilers — This Isn’t How It Was Supposed to Be

Sasha probably hasn’t pictured what the rest of her life looks like ever since she lost Brando Corbin (Johnny Wactor) and their son, Liam Mike.

It took a long time for Sasha to recover from a spiral of addiction she fell into after losing them, and then ever longer to overcome the mental health problems plaguing her that she tried to drown out with pills.

Getting cleaned up was her first priority, and she tabled any thought of affection for Cody for a long time while she did so. Falling for him was a process, and it was all ripped away from her as soon as she let her guard down.

Now, faced with potentially having a child with a married man and being labeled a homewrecker is the last thing she’s interested in. But she also can’t imagine being just like her own mother and hiding her child from his or her father forever. She’ll have to tell Michael the truth.

GH Spoilers Tease Michael Makes a Tough Call

Telling Michael that he’s going to be a father is going to come as quite a shock. Obviously, he cares about Sasha, and she knows that. If he’s hesitant to make any decisions right away, she’s likely to be understanding.

After all, his situation is less than orthodox. Sasha never wanted anyone to know about their drunken night at that hotel. She isn’t keen on hurting Willow or their children.

That being said, she won’t want to hurt her own child either. Is there a way to avoid both? Michael could be the first to suggest another option — adoption.

General Hospital Spoilers — Brook Lynn and Chase Want a Baby

This could end up being a long-term storyline. While some fans think Sasha would be overjoyed to have another baby, others understand that it might be her biggest fear — especially going through it alone.

If she can’t tell anyone who the father is, she may even have to leave town. How would she raise this baby in Michael’s orbit without him knowing it’s his child, or without anyone else knowing even if he does?

Could it be that Brook Lynn Quartermaine (Amanda Setton) and Harrison Chase (Josh Swickard) could end up having fertility problems and looking to adopt?

Might Sasha be the answer to her prayers, or will that be far too complicated with both of the child’s biological parents being in the picture?
