The Young and the Restless spoilers document that Sharon Newman (Sharon Case) is convinced she’s a killer, framer, and attempted killer. But the audience is now aware of something the characters are not that stands to revisit all assumptions.
Sharon may have been in Heather Stevens’ (Vail Bloom) condo on that dark and fateful night. She may have also been involved in dumping Heather’s body in the river following the seemingly accidental death. However, neither event meant Sharon was directly involved or aware of what she was doing.
It’s become possible, if not probable, that Y&R’s two scathing villains were behind all the mayhem that Sharon’s been involved in. Hopefully, this means that Case’s character is on the road to being completely cleared.
The Young And The Restless Spoilers – Jordan Howard Fed Nikki Newman Alcohol
As devoted fans recall, Jordan Howard (Colleen Zenk) forcibly hooked Nikki Newman (Melody Thomas Scott) up to an intravenous feeding unit. She did so to feed Nikki alcohol and push her off the proverbial wagon.
So, it stands to reason that Jordan could have drugged Sharon. The supposed blackouts she’s been having for months could be induced events.
Assuming the above as plausible, Jordan would have manipulated Sharon’s actions leading up to Heather’s accidental death. Of course, that assumes it was accidental, and Jordan didn’t intend to make that happen and frame Sharon for it.
The Young And The Restless Spoilers – Ian Ward’s Thirst For Revenge
Ian reappeared in Nikki’s life a decade ago in soap-time. He claimed to be the father of her son, Dylan McAvoy (Steve Burton), but that proved to be a miserable life.
Thankfully, Paul Williams (Doug Davidson) was confirmed as Dylan’s father. As a side note, it remains regrettable that Davidson’s regular player contract has not been kept intact in recent years.
He is a great actor and a transparent legacy cast member who should be part of this storyline because Heather is his daughter.
Pairing with Jordan is incredible. The audience is impatiently waiting for the sordid details of how this terrible twosome came to match and escape the legal system. Yet, fans know that this is soap and are suspending disbelief because this story is set up as awesome.
The Young And The Restless Spoilers – Sharon Newman Looks Completely Guilty
It appears that Jordan and Ian have abused Sharon, but that will need to be validated through the coming scenes. If that is the case, she is not guilty but appears to be.
However, the currency of this wild scenario means that Chance Chancellor (Conner Floyd) will need to arrest Sharon. She projects to spend some time behind bars unless the seeming frame is quickly revealed.
The thirteenth-thousandth episode event, which this storyline is part of, will extend for a bit. Sure, Jordan and Ian are short-term returnees, but the chaos they can jointly cause can squeeze every drop of soap suds onto the audience until the final climax, falling action, and resolution are experienced.
