Billy may be unable to remain with Chelsea Lawson (Melissa Claire Egan) because of what she confirmed about Baltimore, Maryland. They have yet to split, but the Adam Newman (Mark Grossman) effect could create that result.

Far removed from the late Ashland Locke (Robert Newman), Victoria is not showing interest in reconciling with Billy. But their history has repeated, with Villy last being married in 2014.

Chelsea is concerned that Billy won’t be able to get past her reconnection with Adam. Thompson’s character knows she made a mistake. But logic isn’t emotion.

If Billy finds that he can’t forgive her, Chelsea might reconnect with Adam again. In that instance, Billy would not be making the final call. She would.

Assume Chelsea and Billy are short for each other. Victoria reemerged as an option when Billy was single in many past instances. Having that happen again could be written fresh because it’s been a while since Villy lived.

No one bugged Victoria like Billy. That’s because their love was accurate, and the pressure the outside world applied turned their story into a let’s-show-them fight.

But Victoria has yet to make plans to get back together. However, she learns about Lily Winters’ (Christel Khalil) plan to backstab Billy and help Victor take Abbott Chancellor.

A clear option will exist if Victoria attempts to tip Billy off. He would be grateful and follow through with a personal response. That’s when momentum for a revival of this many-times couple can happen.

Victoria has been loveless for a while. It’s not reasonable to believe that she will be so for much longer. There hasn’t been any progress with Cole Howard (J. Eddie Peck), who is a recurring character. So, Billy is a legitimate retro option unless Victoria embraces Cole.

Billy will need to lean on someone’s shoulder. Victoria has served in that role before. She is the mother of two of his children, with one of them.

Lily’s behavior will anger her. Whether that means Victoria turns to Billy is hardly certain. He is two handfuls and more, as so many of his romantic interests realized.

The writing staff split Heinle and Thompson’s characters for various reasons and have yet to reunite them. So, this would be a major reversion and involve a decent amount of heavy plot lifting.

However, after Victor ends the Abbott-Chancellor experiment, Billy will need to realize some victory. Getting back together with Victoria would also really get Victor’s goat.
