Summer Newman (Alison Lanier) has managed to stop Kyle Abbott (Michael Mealor) from taking his son on vacation in Paris, France. Will Summer be the one eating crow when she finds out the adoption is not legal?
Summer Newman Never Legally Adopted Harrison Abbott
The Young And The Restless Spoilers reveal that Summer never actually adopted Harrison. Harrison’s mother Tara Locke is in prison but her legal rights to her son was never terminated.
Summer has been Harrison’s mom in every way that counts. Unfortunately, Summer doesn’t have legal rights as his mother.
Kyle has pointed out time and again that Summer is not Harrison’s biological mother. Still Summer managed to get a judge to block Kyle’s trip with his son Kyle certainly didn’t have time to deal with this before he had to leave town on business.
However, Kyle will likely fix this little issue when he returns to Genoa City.

Kyle has found himself in a situation where he is being forced to work with Audra Charles (Zuleyka Silver). Of course, Kyle cannot say anything about this because Victor Newman (Eric Braeden) will not allow him to release that information. Summer is taking full advantage of this using it to try and take Kyle’s son.
On top of all of this, Kyle is at war with his parents, Jack Abbott (Peter Bergman) and Diane Jenkins (Susan Walters). Kyle feels that he was given a raw deal after Diane fired him and he is furious that Jack didn’t support him. Now Kyle is determined to take down Jabot at all costs. Will Kyle succeed?

Kyle may have been married to Summer during most of Harrison’s childhood but that in no way takes the rights of Harrison’s mother.
Could Kyle try to pull some strings to get Tara out of prison so she can help deal with Summer after all of this time? Does Kyle have another way to deal with Summer?
Kyle may be forced to allow his attorneys to point out that Summer has no rights and could bar her from seeing his son at all. Will allow his son to meet his real mother and make sure that Summer never has any contact with him again? Is this the end of Summer and Kyle’s agreement about his son?
