‘Counting On’ Alum Joy-Anna Forsyth Shares Sweet Birthday Surprise

Counting On fans watched the three children of Joy-Anna Forsyth grow up on TV and social media. This week, she and her husband, Austin Forsyth did something special as a birthday came along. They welcomed Gideon in 2018, Evelyn in 2020, and Gunner in May last year. Read on to see which child got a special birthday surprise from the former TLC stars. 

Joy-Anna Forsyth & Austin Make Birthday Surprise

On Thursday, the mom of three took to her Instagram and shared a reel about one of the children having a birthday. It was the night before the big day, and she and Austin were in their camper. Together, they crept around as they carefully set up gifts and decorations. Well, the Counting On alums had to be as quiet as they could because the kids were sleeping in there. Austin blew up a giant unicorn for pride of place. 

In her reel, Joy-Anna Forsyth said that it was the birthday of her daughter, Evelyn who just turned four. She’d asked her mom if she would “decorate for her birthday,” and her mom told her:

You will have to wait and see…It’s a surprise!

The former TLC star also said that she couldn’t wait to see Evelyn’s face in the morning. Unfortunately, the birthday surprise didn’t come on YouTube as she closed down her Volg a month ago.

TLC fans took to the comments and expressed their amazement that Evelyn is already four years old. Her friend, Carlin Bates also commented saying, “You are the best mom.”
