Deon Derrico Celebrates GG With A Tender Message

Doubling Down With the Derricos fans know that Deon Derrico adores his mom, Marian “GG” Derrico. So, they liked it when they saw him celebrate her special day with a very tender message this week. Read on to find out more about the TLC stars. 

Deon Derrico Is Fully Supported By His Mom GG

In the latest season of Doubling Down With the Derricos, TLC fans saw that Karen and Deon got a divorce. Concerned about the show being canceled, they also felt worried about GG  because of her cancer. But, while she struggled with her health, her son’s nephew, Armani passed away after a liver transplant failed. So, it’s been a tough time for the TLC stars. 

Deon Derrico lost some respect from fans after the split from Karen, and he and his mom spent some time clarifying what was going on. When GG Derrico speaks, TLC fans listen, and slowly, they see that she just wants the best for her family. Clearly, Deon loves her support as he shouted her out very sweetly on Monday. 

GG Celebrates A Birthday

The Doubling Down With the Derricos star took to his Instagram and told his followers that it was GG’s birthday. If you don’t know, she just turned 75. His photo showed his mom somewhere cold and they both dressed for the weather. In his caption, he said, “Happy Birthday 75th to the matriarch of my family Ms. Marian J. DERRICO! I love you Ma, from the moon and back…”

Deon Derrico also said a lot more about his mom. The TLC patriarch continued by writing:

I’ve been blessed with all that I have because of your endless love, guidance, strength, and your ability to connect with me on an intellectual level from a small child! It’s my prayer, my wish, my hope, and my desire that GOD, continues to bless you with an abundance of great health and vibrant lifestyle to allow another 25 years or more of being the Mother, Diva and Grandmother.

The TLC star also listed all of the kids in the family. Furthermore, he sweetly told his mom that “they need your love and influence as you are thee (sic) oldest living relative that we all have…. To GOD be the GLORY.”
