But would that be a valid reason for Nick to stay silent-does it really excuse the betrayal that Sally and Billy have experienced? Nick might feel conflicted if Adam and Chelsea insist that nothing will ever happen between them again.
They could plead with Nick not to disrupt lives, especially while the Connor crisis is ongoing. However, Nick cares about Sally and might struggle with keeping such a secret if he finds out that Adam cheated with Chelsea.
