Days of Our Lives (DOOL) spoilers note that Melinda Trasks (Tina Huang) was very triggered when she found out that Leo Stark (Greg Rikaart) spilled the beans to EJ DiMera (Dan Feuerriegel) about Baby Jude.
The first thing Melinda did was ensure Sloan Petersen-Brady (Jessica Serfaty) kept quiet about her role in the entire thing.
But, like all secrets in Salem, EJ is bound to find out that Melinda is involved and blackmail her.

DOOL spoilers remind fans that Melinda and EJ once had a fiery feud. She knows how vile he can be when he’s poked at, and the depths he’ll go in the name of revenge.
The last thing Trask wants is DiMera to catch wind of her shady dealings. Still, EJ wasn’t born yesterday, and he knows full well, as most of Salem, that Melinda was a key figure in helping Eric Brady (Greg Vaughan) and Sloan with Jude’s adoption.
Once he puts two and two together, he’ll realize that Melinda played a strong role in stealing Jude and pawning him off as an “adopted baby”. What will EJ do next?

Currently, EJ has a budding rivalry with Paulina Price (Jackée Harry), with hopes that he can knock her off her mayoral pedestal and snag the job for himself.
There’s only so many schemes he can execute by himself, so when he finds out Melinda helped Sloan snatch Jude, he may decide to blackmail her into doing his dirty work.
She can be a resourceful member of his team to bring down Paulina, and as Melinda wouldn’t willingly do what he asks, he’ll have to hang what he knows over her head.
EJ will likely want to set Paulina up for a major scandal, soon. Will Melinda help him in these efforts due to blackmail? Will she be forced to do multiple shady things for DiMera because of the information he has about Jude?
