General Hospital (GH) spoilers note it’s going to be an explosive week in the land of Port Charles. The show just released its preview video for the week of April 15 and fans need to brace themselves for some massive drama.

General Hospital Spoilers: Coincidence? John Cates Doesn’t Think So
The GH preview video for this week starts with John telling Anna about his beatdown near the Corinthos Coffee warehouse last week. Still looking very bruised and bloodied from it all, the FBI agent questions if it was a “coincidence” that his ambush took place so close to Sonny’s coffee business.
Anna is shocked as John reveals the details; however, will he also tell the Police Commissioner who was on hand to save him?
GH Spoilers: Laura Rehashes Old Rivalries
As the GH preview shifts scenes, the next clip shows Laura talking to Cyrus, and she asks her brother if he’d ever think about pressing charges against Sonny.
Looks like the rivalry between Cyrus and the mob boss could be rehashed this week, but seeing as he had a deal with Nina (Cynthia Watros) to exonerate Sonny, could he go back on his word?
After all, she organized a Christian program for him rather quickly; however, as fans know all too well, things can move fast in the land of Port Charles, and often, agreements can be broken off, at the drop of a hat.
General Hospital Spoilers: Done, Done, & Done!
The last clip of this week’s GH preview ends on a dramatic note. As the video unravels, the words, “Has Sonny Reached His Limit?” flash between each scene.
During the preview’s final scene, viewers can hear Sonny listing the names “Michael, Carly, Jason, Dex, Nina” – as the faces of Michael Corinthos (Chad Duell), Carly Spencer (Laura Wright), Jason Morgan (Steve Burton), Dex Heller (Evan Hofer), and Nina pop up across the screen respectively.
After Nina’s face, the preview shows Sonny standing in his penthouse, as he yells, “I’m done with all of them”!
