EJ DiMera (Daniel Feuerriegel) and Stefan DiMera (Brandon Barash) both want out of their Clyde Weston (James Read) mess but are not sure how to accomplish things. At least EJ has a plan and he tells his brother all about it. Will Stefan be on board?
Ava Vitali (Tamara Braun) is in for quite a shock when she learns it was Stefan who pulled the trigger when Harris Michaels (Steve Burton) was shot. She slept with a man who did such a thing and now she has to emotionally deal with this news.
At the hospital, Kate Roberts Brady (Lauren Koslow) spends time bonding with Paulina Price Carver (Jackee Harry) as Abe Carver (James Reynolds) tells Roman Brady (Josh Taylor) all about Paulina’s big miracle.
Abe and Paulina will also have more reason to celebrate next week when Paulina is released from the hospital.
Eric Brady (Greg Vaughan) knows Holly Jonas (Ashley Puzemis) well, probably even better than Nicole Walker (Arianne Zucker) knows her own daughter.
When he visits with Holly and once again asks her about the night he overdosed, he can’t tell she is keeping a secret. Eric vows to get to the bottom of what Holly is hiding. Eric also finds himself arguing with Sloan.
Stefan is not doing well after all that has happened thanks to Gabi being in jail and Clyde blackmailing him. Imagine Chad DiMera’s (Billy Flynn) surprise when a drunk and disheveled Stefan appears needing help. Chad doesn’t like his brother very much, but will he step up for him?
Things go from bad to worse for Stefan as Harris warns Ava that he might not be able to strike a deal. This is not the news Ava wanted to hear because it means she can be in a lot of trouble as well. How will she solve this mess before it’s too late?
