Many fans want to see Trady reunite. In the process, could Kristen finally get another chance at love, with a new man?

After all, she’s been obsessed with the Black men for far too long, with John Black (Drake Hogestyn) being the first and then Brady. It’s time she branched out.

While Alex and Kirsten aren’t exactly a couple fans were rooting for, they may end up being a couple that viewers adore.

There could be sparks between the two, and despite their age difference, they have more in common than people would think.

Both grew up in powerful and wealthy Salem families; both haven’t exactly perfected the relationship thing; and both are easy on the eyes.

While Kirlex may not last the long haul, it would be something fresh and new for Kirsten, and Alex dating a more mature woman might help mature him a bit, too.

Then again, there’s always the possibility that nothing romantic happens between them – rather they forge an interesting friendship; a bond that ties them as they are pining over their exes.
