While Kirlex may not last the long haul, it would be something fresh and new for Kirsten, and Alex dating a more mature woman might help mature him a bit, too.

Then again, there’s always the possibility that nothing romantic happens between them – rather they forge an interesting friendship; a bond that ties them as they are pining over their exes.
