Y&R spoilers suggest that Morrow’s house mirrors his Newman Ranch lifestyle. The 5,900-square-foot home has six bedrooms, six-and-a-half bathrooms, a pool (and pool house), as well as a media room. It also sits on a 1.21-acre lot, in the North Ranch Country Club Estates.
Sounds like quite the home for anyone who has an extra $5 million lying around. Still, does this move mean that Joshua (and Nick) could be leaving the Y&R, soon?

While it’s natural for viewers to worry that this is a bad sign, this isn’t an uncommon practice for Morrow. In fact, he’s known for making property investments, only to put them up for sale some years later. As such, there’s no reason to believe that Nick is leaving GC anytime soon.
Besides, he’s practically a staple on the soap opera and has his hands in many storylines right now. The Newman family continues to dominate screen time thanks to all the craziness that Jordan Howard (Colleen Zenk) has brought.
Plus, fans would love to see him dive back into a sizzling romance, now that his ex-gal pal, Sally Spectra (Courtney Hope) has officially gone back to his black sheep brother, Adam Newman (Mark Grossman).
But, who could his next lady love be? Shick fans are rooting for Sharon Newman (Sharon Case), while Phick fans were recently hoping his encounter with Phyllis Summers (Michelle Stafford) would lead to more.
Then again, many viewers want to see him with someone completely different, like possibly Lily Winters (Christel Khalil). Only time will tell.
