General Hospital Spoilers: Valentin & Charlotte Disappear?

General Hospital (GH) spoilers indicate that the rumor mill is churning and burning with spec that Valentin Cassadine (James Patrick Stuart) runs away from Port Charles, New York with his traumatized daughter Charlotte Cassadine (Scarlett Fernandez) in tow. Would it just be better for everyone if the bad dad up and left for a while? What do you think GH fans?

In a cruel twist of fate, Anna Devane (Finola Hughes) shot her tormentor, teen Charlotte Cassadine. She did so believing she was an intruder, not the offspring of her boyfriend.

In the runup to this horror, Valentin Cassadine knew all about Charlotte’s offense against Anna but chose to lie and perpetrate crimes rather than face the fact that his daughter, who was brainwashed by Victor Cassadine (Charles Shaughnessy), needed help.

Victor convinced Charlotte that Anna is the enemy who would hurt her papa. Now, Anna has given Charlotte every reason to believe this lie.

Imperial Anna did the wrong thing by sneaking into Charlotte’s hospital room to let her know she meant her no harm. Really? Anna is supposed to be a super spy, and this is the clumsy way she acts? Then again, she has a tainted history as a double agent so …
Charlotte screamed for help at the sight of Anna, and Valentin rushed in. Afterward he and his former SO had it out, and while Valentin said he blames himself for this whole catastrophe, that doesn’t mean he will, or even knows how to, do the right thing next.

General Hospital spoilers: Valentin Cassadine’s Blame

Maybe the best thing to do in this messy case is tuck tail and run—and hope for the best because it can’t get much worse by sticking around in Port Charles.

With Vanna over, and everyone on edge, it would be a classic Cassadine maneuver to whisk Charlotte off for some good old-fashioned deprogramming. Of course, being sent away is (to boarding school) what brought on all this trouble in the first place but, Valentin is a Cassadine through and through.

History may be the best predictor of the plot going forward: Stuart has other irons in the fire, and Fernandez has been seen sporadically. Tell us GH fans, what do you think is the best course of action for Charlotte and Valentin?
