General Hospital Spoilers: Molly’s Hesitation to Find a New Surrogate Could Cost Her TJ in the Long Run

General Hospital spoilers reveal Molly Lansing Davis (Kristen Vaganos) hasn’t thought twice about the next step in her and TJ Ashford’s (Tajh Bellow) journey to become parents. It feels as though it’s been one hurdle after another — only to be let down by heartbreak in the end.

But TJ isn’t looking at Andrea Gates’ (Lily Anne Harrison) departure from their plans as an end; it’s just a pivot. A hiccup in their journey. Telling that to Molly is going to fall in deaf ears though.

TJ is down with the grieving period, but he’s also ready to get this show on the road as much as he already was. As Molly drags her feet, neither of them will expect what comes next — and it could pull them apart permanently.

TJ wants to be a father. As much as it hurts that the baby they were already looking forward to won’t come to fruition, he’s a doctor. That’s probably going to be one of Molly’s major talking points. He’s medically-minded and looks at this miscarriage as a step in a medical process.

But it’s more than that to Molly — even though she isn’t physically going through the process herself. In fact, that may only make it harder on her, and she and TJ aren’t going to see eye to eye as she starts to believe she’s grieving more than he is because he’s so ready to move on.

GH Spoilers Say Molly Needs More Time, Again

Molly’s plea for more time could overlap with some other events in their lives that lead TJ to question just how much more time she’s asking for. While she will be hesitant to be a timeline on her grieving process, TJ is going to want one when he watches Molly start throwing herself back into her career.

That’s a telltale sign she’s avoiding her personal life. If Molly isn’t serious about having a child soon, it’s going to make what comes next that much harder.

Andrea is still pregnant, and every fan seems to know it. She might be expecting to run away and raise TJ’s baby on her own — having no legal right to as it is Molly’s child, too. But TJ is going to find out about his bun in the oven, and it’ll spell disaster for his already fragile domestic partnership with Molly if he isn’t careful.
