The Young and the Restless spoilers document that Ashley Abbott McCall (Eileen Davidson) remains in Paris, France. She is so hurt that the thought of returning to her home is just too much.
Meanwhile, her estranged husband, Tucker McCall (Trevor St. John) told Jack Abbott (Peter Bergman) on his vow renewal day. Tucker told Billy Abbott (Jason Thompson) he was not involved in framing him as the embezzler of Jabot’s funds.
Tucker’s offer to Audra Charles (Zuleyka Silver) to run Jabot could be seen as confirmation that he is not holding out hope for a reconciliation with Ashley. But then again, lies drip from Tucker’s tongue like soap-flavored butter.

Audra is never secure with Tucker. So, his pushing her to become involved with Kyle Abbott (Michael Mealor) again must have a hitch.
Tucker was being direct when advising Audra that she was hanging from a thread at Newman Media. She must agree because appearing at the wedding reception party Jack and Diane Jenkins Abbott (Susan Walters) held on the magnificent grounds of the Abbott estate sent a message that took Nikki Newman (Melody Thomas Scott) by surprise.

Jack and Billy believe that neutralized Tucker’s attack but are not naive. While they do not know he framed Billy as a diversion, the brothers are prepared for more incoming.
Tucker trusts Audra and would give her some position at whatever Jabot would become, assuming he seizes it. But until Ashley returns and officially breaks from him, or the divorce paperwork is finalized, she remains in his heart and hopes.
The plan was for Simply Ashley to form and take over Jabot. That could be Tucker’s fallback scheme, with Ashley, not Audra, heading the family business he offers to her.

Ashley relayed the honeymoon blowout story to Jack. Viewers saw it in the form of a created flashback because they did not witness that verbal battle in real-time.
Tucker’s calls to Ashley confirmed that the remarried couple did clash in Paris. But no contact with Ashley has been seen since. She has cooled before and surely could again.
Davidson’s character has to return when Tucker makes his takeover push, which might include Mamie Johnson (Veronica Redd). However, it happens and no matter who is involved, Ashley retains the most power over Tucker and therefore can stop him on Y&R.
