Li Finnegan (Naomi Matsuda) and Taylor Hayes (Krista Allen) want him to do whatever is necessary to remove his birth mother, Sheila Carter (Kimberlin Brown), as a threat.
Steffy Forrester Finnegan (Jacqueline MacInnes Wood) left the country to protect her children and herself. She reinforced that her love for Finn endured before she left but wanted him to know Sheila was the problem and that their family would be separated if or until she was dealt with.

Sheila saved Taylor’s life during a fabulous sequence. As devoted viewers recall, Sheila was going to jump off the roof of the hospital because she was distraught after having shot Finn. Sheila was not heartbroken about having also shot Steffy.
Devoted viewers recall that Sheila accidentally shot Taylor (then played by Hunter Tylo) and Brooke more than a decade ago in real-time. So, she and Li want Finn to do whatever it takes to prevent Sheila’s pattern of violence from destroying his family.

Deacon’s heartfelt marriage proposal could make him Sheila’s first husband since James Warwick (Ian Buchanan). It has been twenty-five years since she was last officially paired.
There is no doubt that Deacon knows how to soothe Sheila’s aggressive nature. His profession of love is not something Sheila anticipated, though she did pursue him for friendship, which later led to romance.
It is plausible that Sheila’s steadier approach continues if she agrees to marry Deacon, even if their pairing simply remains an engagement.

Finn was implored to step up. Li and Taylor jointly told him that he has to deliver some tangible evidence to Steffy so that she believes Sheila will not affect their family.
Forcing Sheila out of Los Angeles, California, would seem to be impossible. Deacon is not leaving anytime soon. So, she will not be either.
The legal system never seems to work. That means Finn probably will not try to orchestrate her next arrest or charge. Stepping up will mean that Sheila’s child will have to outwit her if that is possible on B&B.
